"I love Hamton Inn's! The manager was smiling and pleasant (this can be unusual at other chains). I had an issue with my reservation, but they took care of it at the front dest without any pain!"

"GOT WOKEN UP AT 3:00 AM IN THE MORNING BY PEOPLE, DESK GAVE THEM
THE WRONG ROOM AS THEY TRIED TO GET INTO MY ROOM. THEN THE DESK
CALLED THE ROOM BY MISTAKE.HAD TO LEAVE FOR A FLIGHT DID NOT HAVE
TIME TO TELL FRONT DESK I WAS NOT PLEASED AND THE STAY FOR ME WAS
NOT 100% PERCENT"
