"Troom we checked into had not been cleaned properly the tiolet had not been cleaned very upseting. I called front desk to aloow them to resolve the matter and we were relocated promptly. I appreciate how quickly the matter was resolved and the 2nd room was much nicer he upgraded us for the mistake and the room was so much cleaner."
